If you've ever played a video game, there's an exhibition in Paris until 7 September that will entrance you: Video Game Story is a journey through the history of one of the world's favorite pastimes, all an easy journey from your hosts in Paris, Hotel de la Herse d'Or.
Play at Paris Expo the video games you've always loved
Whether you remember the first video games from the 1970s, or if you've a fan of the very latest online experiences, Video Game Story, at Pavilion 8 of the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is an essential show. In three themed zones, the show takes you first back to the earliest games. There are some 350 old-style machines to play on, of the sort that these days you will only otherwise find in museums. The present is represented by a zone with all the latest releases, including an area for over-18s only, so that you can play the newest adults-only games. The third zone takes us into the future, whether it's cloud gaming or previews of upcoming games, presented in ultra-high definition 4K.
At Hotel de la Herse d'Or, we believe Video Game Story is one of the highlights of the season. We can help you book tickets, and plan your visit to get the very most out of this landmark show.
